What We Collect

We collect your Sign in with Apple identifier, your optional Apple email, your chosen handle, your subscription status, and device push tokens for notifications you opt into.

We store the listings you create (title, description, category, condition, price, and photos), your messages, your confirmed-swap history, your saved searches and watches, any reports or blocks you make, and the self-reported trust-card links you enter.

Trust-Card Links Are Never Fetched

Your Reddit and Heatware links are shape-checked and stored, then shown to others labeled self-reported, unverified, and off-platform. We never fetch, scrape, mirror, or import content from them, and we never re-badge them as verified by Keebmart.

Photos You Control

Listing and message photos are stored to run the marketplace. In-app-captured photos carry a server-set capture time; library photos are labeled as such. Your device strips location metadata before upload. You can delete any photo, and deleting a listing or your account removes its photos.

Sold-Price Data

When you close a listing as sold, the sale price you enter is stored to build the aggregate price guide. If you delete your account, your sold-price records are de-identified — kept only as anonymous aggregate market data with no link back to you.

No Ads, No Tracking, No Selling

Keebmart has no third-party advertising and no tracking SDKs, and we never sell your data. We use it only to run the service, process the Keebmart Pro subscription, provide support, and keep the marketplace safe.

Delete Everything

You can delete your account and all of your data from Settings at any time. It is immediate and permanent.
