Safety Tips (Community Guidance, Not Promises)
Payment happens directly between you and the other trader, outside Keebmart. We don't process, hold, or refund payments.
For sales, most traders use a payment method's goods-and-services protection rather than friends-and-family; understand chargebacks before you send.
Ask for a fresh in-app timestamp photo from multiple angles. It shows the photo was taken in-app on that date — it does not prove the item is genuine.
Ship to the address tied to the transaction, and keep your conversation in-app so you can report a problem.
Tools here reduce risk. Scams still happen — trade carefully.
Common Questions
Timestamp photos: the in-app camera stamps your handle, the server date, and a one-time code, and records the capture time on our servers. It's a provenance and recency signal, never a claim that an item is genuine.
Confirmed swaps: a swap counts only when both traders confirm. Counts can be gamed — treat them as one signal.
Price guide: we show last-sold, a median, and the sample size. Below a small sample we show "not enough data yet" rather than a number. Keebmart Pro unlocks full history, distributions, and per-condition breakdowns.
Reporting and blocking are free on every listing, photo, profile, and message — including a counterfeit reason. Report anything off, and block a trader to hard-sever contact both ways.
Manage or cancel Keebmart Pro anytime in your Apple ID settings. Restore purchases from Settings in the app.
To delete your account and all of your data — your listings, photos, and messages — use Delete Account in Settings. It is immediate and permanent.
