Keebmart Is a Tool, Not a Payment Service

Keebmart is a listing and messaging tool. We don't process payments, hold funds, or authenticate items. Payment happens directly between you and the other trader. Trade at your own risk — read our safety tips.

Keebmart lists physical goods that are traded person-to-person and settled entirely outside the app. We process no payments, take no commission, hold no funds, and make no protection or authentication claims of any kind.

Zero-Tolerance Community Guidelines

You must accept these guidelines before your first listing or message. Prohibited: misrepresenting an item, listing clones or counterfeits as genuine, prohibited or illegal goods, harassment, spam, and moving a deal off-platform to evade our safety tools.

Every listing, photo, profile, and message can be reported (including a counterfeit reason) and every trader can be blocked. We screen listing text and images before they go live, review new-seller and high-value listings, and act on reports — our target is within 24 hours. Content and accounts that violate these guidelines are removed. Users removed for policy violations are recorded internally so they can't simply return.

Trust Signals Are Signals, Not Promises

In-app timestamp photos show a photo was taken in-app on a date; they do not verify an item is genuine. Confirmed-swap counts require both traders to confirm and can be gamed. Trust-card links are self-reported and unverified. None of these is a promise that a trade is safe — scams still happen, so trade carefully.

Subscriptions

Keebmart Pro is an auto-renewable subscription (monthly and yearly) through Apple In-App Purchase. It unlocks information depth only — full sold-price history, saved-search alerts, seller analytics, a Pro badge, and a higher active-listing limit. It never gates safety, reporting, blocking, messaging, or the timestamp camera, which are always free. The yearly plan offers a 7-day free trial. Family Sharing is not enabled.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your Apple account settings. There is no external purchase path.

As-Is; Limitation of Liability

Keebmart is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from a trade, a payment made between traders, or reliance on any trust signal in the app. Any transaction is solely between you and the other trader.
